New hotel in a new building, kind staff and very good facilities, in one word: perfect!!!!

The staff was very nice. The hotel was nice, modern and clean.

It would have been nice to have a gym or something. The hotel restaurant was very expensive.

The Employees not friendly at all , they shout with me for nothing , they was very Tough especially the lady she said she is the manager .

Noise from the street and trains and no AC

1,) the best part of this hotel had to be that it was situated just across the road from the Bonsetten Wettiswil train station. This was really amazingly situated if you are travelling with a lot of luggage and a child in a buggy from town/airport by train. 2.) there was a particularly great member of staff who waited up for us past midnight as we were struggling to get the right trains from the airport to the hotel when we had just landed. We kept ringing her to keep her informed and she advised us and waited up for us long beyond the time she had to. She was there when we arrived and was smiling and pleasant even though it was very late. For the rest of our stay, we found her to be the most amiable and pleasant, although most of the other staff were friendly. There was also another nice member of staff with long dark hair at the reception who was very friendly and helpful, although I cannot remember her name 3.)it was nice that a baby cot was included free of charge for our stay, as this made our daughter's(and ours!) sleep a very comfortable one 4.) just before we left, we discovered a small food caravan set up just across the road from the hotel and opposite the station. It is run by a thai lady who is very friendly and makes the yummiest thai chicken gravy and rice aswell as beef curry and rice. Try it and you will not be dissapointed! It was one of our tastiest meals in Zurich ! 5.) the staff were helpful whenever we asked for information or help 6.) breakfast was included in the price and was adequate, not a huge variety, but still good enough, plus they have a coffee machine which gives yummy lattes! 7.

1.) rooms could have been a bit bigger 2.)could have had internet access in the hotel for the customers 3.) nothing much to see/do around the hotel. Not in terms of attractions, restaurants,shops. Only shops were small one in the station and a co op nearby which was closed by the time we got to it 4.) we felt the restaurant food was overpriced, but this could be a general reflection of prices in Switzerland 5.)breakfast was provided but could have been more varied. They always offered you an egg in the morning, but you can only have boiled, not scrambled/fried/omlette. Could offer more fresh fruit, pastries

Nice hotel, easy to reach by car and train (in front of railway station). Reception closed at midnight, however receptionist waited for me half an hour longer until I arrived.

We receive only one pillow one blanket and one towel altough we were two. I had cold and was umconfortable the first night. The day after I asked for second one and it was better.

Hi I didnt like the hotel one bit, there is no porter. it was v different than what was said on the site initially, Room very small, shower v uncomfortable., i didnt like it at all., i wont be going back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone either

Room is too small and simple. Location is not suitable for people that visiting Zurich city, 15-20 mins train to city.

Hotel is very new and clean. Breakfast is excellent. One of the rare hotels that provide real orange juice rather than orange flavoured juice. Hotel is directly opposite the train station. Very convenient if you don't mind the expensive train ride. Rooms are very quiet. Windows and door close tightly and sound proofing material used.

Room is a bit tight, and no air conditioning. But I think the lack of aircond is very common in Switzerland. The location of the hotel is not that good if you plan to spend most of your trip in Zurich city. The train trip to Zurich city (Zurich HB) is 8 sFr each way - quite expensive for a 20 minute ride. Internet is via network cable rather than wifi. I only booked this hotel because all other hotels in Zurich city costed more than double during the time I stayed.

Great location opposite train station but no noise from trains. 15 minute train journey into Zurich. Rooms crisp and clean. Onsite parking.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Hotel was comfortable friendly atmosphere.

There was no fruit of any kind at breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean.

I would have preferred a room that was not near the bar area as i had a 5 year old. The noise and smoke made us have to close the window on a warm night!
